Silkscreen differs in board editor and in exported gerber file

Hello,

I am trying to prepare manufacturing data for my board. When checking them in GerbView, component names in silkscreen layers are different from what I see in the board editor. The size of the text is changed as well as the position. Finally, the text is overlapping.

I attached two print screens to demonstrate the issue.

I am using EAGLE version 7.2.0, but the same behavior is in the version 9.6.1.

Could you please give me some tips to fix this?

Ondrej

This is an FAQ

You are using "proportional" font in your design. The Gerber format does not support fonts so all text is rendered in "vector" font. You should change all your text to vector, or turn on the "Always vector font" editor option.

Thank you very much for you fast reply.
I already did all the switching to “vector” font and I ticked the option "Always vector font", before I sent the question. But it didn‘t work.
After I restarted Eagle and repeated the whole procedure again, fonts changed and gerber files are correct now.

Once again, thank you very much for your help.
