I hope you're doing well. Check the resistor and rcl libraries that come with EAGLE. If you have the design, use the info command on the part and it will tell you the name of the library it comes from. It's possible that part was made by the original designer and not something that comes from default EAGLE. If that's the case you can always extract the libraries from the design by going File > Export Libraries.
