Problems creating board from oddly-shaped dxf

I'm trying to create a board based on a DXF supplied by an ME.  I have successfully imported DXF files to layer 20 in the past, but Eagle doesn't seem to like this shape, it's not recognizing the boundaries of the PCB.

I've tried importing this file to a different layer and then tracing over it using layer 20, but that did not work either.  I'm assuming that this board is 'too curvy' for Eagle, although I would like to understand if there's something that I'm doing wrong and if there is a way to create a PCB of this shape.

Any advice/suggestions greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Roger

***Edited to add I'm using Eagle 9.4.2

After spending some more time on this, it was a matter of ensuring that all junctions were snapped to the grid, was a simple fix.
