No you can't. But this implies you are trying to create schematic components which are not on the standard 0.1" grid. Do not do this. If you ever use any library components other that ones specifically designed for this non-standard grid this will cause you an awful lot of trouble. Just don't do it. Leave your schematic grid at 0.1" and don't worry about the length of those pins because at the schematic level it really shouldn't matter.
