I wish I had better news, but there won't be any perpetual license offer. That was never offered when the EOL announcement came out 3 years ago. With less then a month to go to the EOL, I encourage you to evaluate your business and make plans for how you will continue after the end of EAGLE. There is still time to evaluate Fusion or consider migrating to a different tool and what that tool will be.
