Pad hole size doesn't appear in .brd

I made a new wirepad with a bigger diameter pad (0.165") and hole (0.065"). When I do a drill drawing for the final PCB, those pads only show a 55 mil hole size, not 65 mils. What am I doing wrong?

Hi Dan,

I hope you're doing well. When you make changes to the drills, you have to delete everything that the previous run of the drillegend-stack.ulp did. Otherwise it won't run because it sees features already there. It pretty simple just delete everything on the drill layers created by the ULP. Keep in mind that in order to delete the drill table itself you'll have to leave tOrigins on and click near the top left corner of the table since that is where it's grab point is.

After you have removed this old data, then run the drillegend-stack.ulp again and you should see an updated drill table. As a recomendation, this little process makes it worthwhile to leave generating the drill table as one of the last steps of your desing process.Smiley Happy

Jorge,
Thanks for your response, but it leaves a couple of problems.
1. I was able to delete the drill table, but info didn't change when I
regenerated it.
2. I'm guessing there is some combination of nouns and verbs to just
query the properties of some specific item, like a wire-pad...I just
couldn't figure out the syntax after a few good (random?) guesses.

The good news is I've been able to lay out and successfully produce 3 or
4 boards. The bad news is it was only possible because of the very many
youtubes and web pages...I finally did find your document, "Eagle Cheat
Sheet"...that is a great guide to the bewildered, and points to where
the real docs are found...D'Oh!... I wonder if there's a way to point
new users to that a bit more reliably?

So, I guess I still need a bit more help!
All the best...
Dan

I went back and re-made the symbol. Problem solved.
