Move Sheets, Inspector , Selection Filter & Design Manager to right side

I'm new to Eagle and have been watching the intro video to Eagle. some if the screen preferences are not as they are shown on the video and no explanation as to how to change them. How do you Move Sheets, Inspector , Selection Filter & Design Manager to right side of the schematic so that my schematic is next to the command functions.

Grab each of the panels by it's title bar with a left click+hold and drag them over to the other side one at a time and re-dock them all together.

Is it possible ( or somebody know ) how to set that every time when you launch the software those tabs stand on the right side, instead of left side? not to move them manually every time.
