I have a few set of parameters for setting up the holes but I can't find the right settings for making them. Do I have to make mounting pads for these settings or do I need mounting holes. The set of parameters are;
.300 diameter copper etched away.
.270 screw head diameter
.1497 diameter hole #25 drill
