Managed Library import failed

Using my Managed Library, whenever I create new version of library I get this message and failed.

"Managed library import failed (Transaction failed: Error transferring https://contapi.circuits.io/123D-Circuits/libraries/17359399/export?type=eagle&datamodel_version=9.6... - server replied: GATEWAY_TIMEOUT).
If this problem persists, please contact technical support and include the library URN: urn:adsk.eagle:library:17359399."

And also in my Packages from "My Name", new package items have gear icon instead of package image.

This happens so many times now. The respose time of creating new version is so so slow so that I can only create new package of at most 3 or 5 in a day. This makes my work so slow too. Is this normal ? Is there any way to avoid this problems ?

I was having a similar problem. I had used the character "@" in the name of a footprint. When I removed this character, everything worked fine again.

Thank you very much. In the mean time I just left it for weeks and Autodesk cloud just fixed it. I guess it just take time to update. Also I needed to maintain to clean all identical named objects so no duplicated named parts in my library.
