Loyalty discount not available outside US and Canada

Why is the 50% Loyalty discount for existing Eagle users not available out side the US and Canada, e.g. Australia.

looks like only some customers got the 50% discount offer as well... i sure didn't....

I contacted our sales team on this, they are investigating. If you previously purchased a license of EAGLE you should have received the offer as far as I know.

I'll report back once I have more information.

As you know I have previously purchased a v7 Ultimate license but I have not received any offer for a discount on a v8 license. Could it be because I purchased through a reseller who is no longer an EAGLE reseller now v8 is released? I purchased my license through Eurocircuits.

Hi cgkennedy,

In your case, you need to purchase through the Australian estore it seems you are going through the US estore. Please try going through the australian estore the code should work for you then.

I didn't get the offer sent to me, I had to go directly to Lourdes.

 

Still waiting for info about how limited the "limited time" offer is.

Hi James,

We haven't been told how long it will run for, just for a "limited time". You now know as much as I do about how long that promotion will last.

I wish I had more info but I don't, I figure it will be available for a while to attract our customers to come over, since many customers are in "wait and see" mode that makes me think it will run for a bit. However, that just my gut instinct on it, nothing official.

Hard to justify the full price of V8 when we purchased V7 Ultimate less than 12 months ago!
