So, I created a board in Eagle with all 3D models and wanted to sync it to a empty board in created in Fusion 360 and realized that PCB sign was missing from timeline after the update on Fusion. Then I thought to myself maybe I would have to link it to board file in Fusion but no I could not find a way to link Eagle designs to my empty PCB's i created in Fusion after the update.

How should i do this now?

I tried out the update came to Fusion but it needs improvement so i will keep using Eagle for now and don't have an idea how would i link Fusion and Eagle now.

Hi @rbkyorem,

If you are going to keep using EAGLE, then it probably better to start the process in EAGLE push to Fusion360 and then edit the board file there. Does that workflow work? Trying to establish a baseline.

Let me know if there's anything else I can do for you.

Hello, currently I can not link any of my new boards in Eagle to new boards in Fusion 360.

I design the Schematic in Eagle and then copy the .brd and .sch file to Fusion and work there on the board.

I have seen some other people can not link their boards to Fusion also after the Fusion 360 electronics update. I am not sure if workflow has changed and I am missing something or this is a issue.

Hello @rbkyorem,

This is an issue we are working to fix as fast as possible. The workaround in the meantime is to start the process from EAGLE. If you push from EAGLE to Fusion first, then the process works perfectly from there. You can edit the PCB outline in Fusion once it has been pushed from EAGLE. The problem happens if you make the PCB in Fusion360 first. With the release of Electronics, the creation of the PCB in Fusion changed and that messed up the workflow in EAGLE.
That's the workaround for now.

Let me know if there's anything else I can do for you.

Best Regards,
