Libraries folder empty

I have just downloaded Eagle and followed through the schematics basics part 1.

I have right clicked on the libraries heading and selected use all but the folder remains empty. The immage on the website page shows the folder populated with libraries, both under libraries and also in the left hand side of the control panel windoe under description.

How do i get the libraries?

Well I tried to reply this morning and bow find that my reply was not  put up.

I am really struggling with getting started with this.

1 I am unable to verify my account. It will not send me an email and I just jet stuck in a continous loop.

2 My librarys folder in the control panel is empty and I can find no way to populate it. I have spent about 10 hours on this now. Is this because I can't verryfy my email? I am also now unable to sign in.

3 I tried attaching a picture of my control panel and that did not appear to work. is this because I can't sign in either?
