Left click on the Board does not work properly

Recently, the left-click button for the board (which automatically selects a group option in order to group selected parts) has been acting weirdly, where it suddenly chooses any as seen on this video. In other words, I cannot select certain parts, and it also applies to the schematic, but there is already a forum in here where it solves the issue on the schematic, but it does not work for the board.

I hope you're doing well. Go to Options > Set > Misc. look at what your catch factor settings are set to. The behavior you are seeing seems like catch factor is set very high. If it is set high, try setting it to something like 5%.

Your board view issue is likely due to selection filters or layer settings. Open the selection/filter panel, make sure all object types (like components and pads) are enabled, and ensure all relevant layers are visible and unlocked. Resetting preferences or updating the software can also help.
