I replied twice to the the thread "Error - "Please connect to the Internet to re-authenticate your EAGLE license."" but it hasn't shown up.

Hi,

This forum is closely monitored, we apologize if we have not been able to answer your queries in a timely manner.  We have received 3 other reports of this type of isolated incident.  We have inform our developers and they are trying to reproduce the error.  If you haven't yet, can you please provide as much details as possible about your computer and OS you are using.

Ed, the issue isn't that I am having this problem.  The issue is that I posted about the problem and my post disappeared -- twice.  I clearly know how to post (see this thread).  So my question is if the forum is moderated i.e. people actively monitoring and censoring what is allowed to be be posted?

Hi James,

It's nice to hear from you here. The way it works is that if anyone sees anything out of line they can report it to the moderators and then they take any necessary corrective action.

Ed and I are the first point of contact and then we go from there.

That hasn't happened to me yet, it might be something special you did or something out of the ordinary it's hard to be sure.
