how to select a group in PCB and delete the selection in schematic?

We have made a large project that contains 4 PCBs arranged in a panel, but the entire project was done in a single sch/brd pair of files. Now we want to separate out the 4 PCBS into individual sch/brd pairs for easy maintenance. We could have easily done that, if I was to leave out 1 PCB, then select rest of the PCBs in the PCB editor and delete all selected. But Eagle doesn't allow deleting components on other PCBs without losing f/w b/w annotation.
So I wanted to know how I can achieve this? Is there some way to select components on a PCB, then export the list of selected components in some way, and then import it into the schematic to delete all selected components?
Appreciate any help on this!

Hello @naveen,

I hope you're doing well. EAGLE ships with a ULP called select-sch-group-to-brd-group which does what you are looking for in reverse. Maybe you could modify it to get it to work the way you want. The other option is to guide the workflow from the schematic.

Let me know if there's anything else I can do for you.
