Deer all.
I need via in pads from the top layer to the bottom layer on 2-layer PCB. I want to place a BGA like connector on this via at both sides. In this forum, I found the solution to place via in pads (micro via) on multi(>3)-layer PCB, but I could not place it on 2-layer PCB. How can I solve this problem?
