Eagle crashing on loading screen

Hi, I'm currently unable to open Eagle on my laptop. I open the program from the main directory and it crashes on the white Autodesk Eagle loading screen. I have tried changing the libeay32.dll to libeay32_bak.dll & libeay32.dll.bak this did not help. I have also tried updating both my graphics drivers. And I have updated windows 10 to the latest version. Please can you offer any guidance?

I have the exact same scenario - posted fixes don't work, Win 10 fully updated.
