EAGLE 9.5.2-FREE Can't see Bottom or mechanical view in Gerber viewer

I have read some posts on this and followed the recommendations and setting to export Gerber files. Somewhere I'm missing something. My board outline is not visible,nor is the bottom view or the mechanical view in the Gerber files visible.

I have ticked the box in the CAM output that says 'board shape' & 'outline' A file is added to the pop up screen but with a '-' and not a layer number. I used layer 20 as an outline.

On the left of the screen shot I can see that the layers are not visible although I have made them all visible before the CAM was generated.

Hi @fnb111,

There is something really odd about this gerber viewer, the pads are all super huge. Could you try opening the files in local gerber viewer like Viewmate or gerbv? How do the files look in those programs.

It looks fine in other viewer.
