Eagle 9.2.2 won't start on Windows 10

I installed Eagle 9.2.2 on Windows 10 but it doesn't launch. It appears a windows with the head "Sign in" for a few seconds and then crashes. I tried to replace the "libeay32.dll" file as it's said in https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/eagle-forum/eagle-9-1-x-won-t-start-on-windows-10/td-p/8233750/page/2... but there is no changes. I searched the crash log:

Hi,

The failing module ig9icd64.dll is the Intel graphics driver. You can try

• starting Eagle using the eagle_SW_OpenGL.bat script which bypasses the higher-level functions of the graphics driver and does all graphics computation on the CPU,
• or updating the graphics driver (directly from the intel website and not through Windows update).
