I installed Eagle 9.2.2 on Windows 10 but it doesn't launch. It appears a windows with the head "Sign in" for a few seconds and then crashes. I tried to replace the "libeay32.dll" file as it's said in https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/eagle-forum/eagle-9-1-x-won-t-start-on-windows-10/td-p/8233750/page/2... but there is no changes. I searched the crash log:
