DRC or Autorouting to avoid acute angles and launch wires directly out of pads.

Is there a way to set up the DRC so that my routing (particularly with the autorouter) automatically exits a pad directly away from my pad?

What I mean by this is to make the autorouter do things more like this:

and have it avoid doing things like this:

I imagine the system has no sense of a "direction" for the pads other than rotation, and it seems like overall there's been a lot of improvement in this arena so I'd love to know if there's a way to set up the DRC to not *allow* traces, especially during autorouting, which do not at least come directly out of a pad.

And more ideally, only coming out of the edge of a part since this helps avoid acid residue getting stuck in acute corners. I did notice the angle warnings lately which I've been very thankful for but these traces are still legal. I've tried things like fanning out the traces with wire stubs, but the autorouter tends to just ignore my stubs and connect wherever it feels like.

Perhaps there is a DRC score I can modify to make my first example preferred to the second? That second example, for instance, will clearly end up with acid etch stuck in that tiny loop around pin 10. I drew those manually but using the automatic tool.

Thanks for your participation in our forums. I see you have been busy as of late with very good feedback, thanks. The autorouter as it currently stands can be compared to a dog, you can guide it but you can't strictly force it to do anything.

Chapter 7 of the EAGLE manual goes into detail about how each cost factor affects the autorouter. You can set it up to minimize acute traces however, you can't guarantee that there are no acute traces. I suggest for stuff like this that you try using the quick route multiple signals functionality. In general, it's results tend to be more reasonable when it comes to routing.
