double clicking eagle files from finder does not open file in eagle

If you double click on an Eagle sch or brd file in the OS X finder, Eagle will launch but the file does not open.

Occurs on;

Eagle 8.0.0

OS X 10.12.2

Does not occur on:

Eagle 7.7.0

OS X 10.12.2

Hi Skot,

I hope you're doing well. Just reproduced it on my build here. I have created a defect report for it. The fix won't make it into this update releasing shortly, but it should make it into the next one.

Hi @skot9000,

Thanks for reporting in, yeah that one has still not been addressed. The developers are aware of it though, the library bug is just taking precedence over it right now.

Let me know if there's anything else I can do for you.

Hi skot9000,

I admire your diligence on following up with this issue. That defect report is still open so it's on the devs radar. It's considered a relatively minor bug since it doesn't cause EAGLE to crash.

I agree it's an inconvenience so I'm going to follow up on it.

Let me know if there's anything else I can do for you.
