Custom PCB Board thickness

Hello all,

I have designed a PCB in the eagle. After completing my design when I have clicked on the "Manufacturing" button on the right side it showed me that the board thickness is 1.57mm but I want to get my PCB manufactured at a thickness of 0.6mm due to limitations that occurred due to having a Microstrip line for my RF circuit. So, will this a problem for me when I proceed to the production? Thanks in advance..!!

Short answer : no.

The manufacturing tab tells you what the thickness is according to the layer stack you've defined in the DRC rules. I believe the Fusion 3D rendering now accounts for it, too (though I never use that so haven't tested).

When you get the board made, however, the layer stack is not usually part of the information you send to the board house. If you need a 0.6mm thick board, you will specify that somewhere on your order, or pick it from a web form if they work that way. Depending on your board, you may need to discuss the exact details with them, but only if it's a multi-layer with specific impedance requirements.

Edit: I've just noticed you did say "RF" so maybe you will need to discuss details.
