Convert eagle library file to script

Good evening form Italy,

I've recently began using the Ultra Librarian CAD models database and their way to import components in Eagle is fantastic.

I have one main managed library with all my custom components that I don't find in the Eagle default libraries and the "normal" way for importing new components is a pain (download the new library, copy the file into the library folder, open Eagle, copy the component from the imported library to my custom library, modify a little the footprint to add 3D package and finally I can use the component), but the script method (the one used to import components from Ultra Librarian) is awesome, I open my custom library, I run the script, the component is generated and I can add 3D package without any problem.

Is there a method to convert a library (that contains only one component) to a script file that I can use to import the component in my custom library?

Thank you!

Yes.

Open the library in the library editor.

File->Export->Script
