Hi Abe,
I hope you're doing well. You can continue to use V7 in perpetuity, if at some point you need to reinstall V7 of EAGLE you will be able to do it. We can always resend you your licensing credentials although I strongly advise you to store those credentials to a thumb drive for ease of use.
If at any point you do wish to upgrade then you would have to get a subscription of Autodesk EAGLE.
