change font of Name and Value

On my board the text for names and values is very large.

I want to reduce the font size but how?

In the library editor vector font is default.

In the layout editor I set vector font as default, but only after all elements had been placed and routed.

Since different libraries have different fonts and sizes for names and values, getting them to match is a multi-step process.   Here's what I do:

1. Select all the parts on the board, then Smash them.

2. Hide everything but the Name, Value, & Origin layers.

3. Select everything again, the use the Change command to change the font, size, alignment and ratio.

4. Turn everything back on that was turned off.
