can not open a .brd file

Hi,

I'm having trouble opening an old PCB's .brd file; I'm getting an error.

I'm unsure which version of Eagle it was designed with. Any suggestions?

Hard to tell without the files with .sch,

In notepad it looks like corrupted... 

.brd file in notepad should look like this...

I double checked , it seems that the design was done using OrCAD/Allegro.
