Button PCB part

Hi I'm trying to make a common ground button PCB and am struggeling to get a button pad thingy (see picture)

From what I've understood, I need to put it into the schematic before adding it to the board. How do I go about adding new components? Any tutorials?

Hi Frederik,

I'm writing a tutorial series for creating library parts in EAGLE and publishing it over on Element14. It'll be an 11 part series when complete, the first 5 parts are published. These should cover most of what you need to know to get going with creating your own parts and help you create the part you require here though.
