I've got a 4-layer board with a few ground planes that I'd like to attach at a specific point with a net tie for good continuity.
I tried first drawing a Rect with copper since I can't assign both grounds to the same polygon. This caused both polygons to isolate back and didn't work.
Then I tried making a typical 2-terminal new device with 2 pads connected by copper in the device footprint. This worked on layer 1. I figure I can do the same on the bottom layer with a bottom SMD that has no stop/cream as well. But that doesn't do anything for the inner two layers.
Any idea if there's a way to do this?
