Plan de masse et alimentation

Bonjour, 

Actuellement je suis en train de réaliser le Layout sur deux couches qui supporte une antenne (50 Ohm, 868 Mhz) et une connexion Ethernet(RJ45 , TCP_IP) et deux microcontrôleurs qui assurent la gestion et la communication wifi et Ethernet.

J’ai une question concernant les plans de masse et d’alimentation.

C’est quoi le plus optimal pour garantir le bon fonctionnement de la carte :

Mettre deux plans de masse(même signal GND) en Top et Bottom ou un plan de masse(GND) en Top et un plan d’alimentation(3v3) en Bottom ?

I'm currently creating the layout of a two layer board with an antenna (50ohm, 868Mh), an ethernet connection (RJ45, TCP IP) and two microcontrollers managing the wifi and ethernet communication.

My question concerns the ground and supply planes. What is the best way to guarantee that the board will work as expected:
Two ground planes (GND) on the top and bottom layers or one ground plane (GND) on the top layer and one ground plane (3v3) on the bottom layer?
