Need help moving 5 parts

Hello, I'm on the free version of EAGLE and I was hoping one of you could help me move these 5 parts since I get errors that I can't move them. Thanks. When you open the board please SET SIZE TO 1 MM AND NOT 1.27. These are the parts and their coordinates i need you to place them to: JP1 [41 ; 137.13] JP2 [76.56 ; 17.76] JP3 [74.56 ; 15.76] JP4 [72.56 ; 13.76] and the "PWM MODUL" on the right please set to [72 ; 70.93]

Hi!
To place a part in absolute position, use command;

Move PART (>0 0) (x y);

PART = name of part to move Example C1 or M:C1 (if C1 is in the module M)
x = x distance from reference 0.0

y = y distance from reference 0.0

PS: be sure to be on good grid
