I have a Fusion 360 subscription but my Ealge stays in the free edition.

I tried logging out/in and also tried to delete the subscription.v1 file.

Hi @langeckerPUN3Q ,

I hope you're doing well. Are you making sure to use the same Autodesk account for both programs? Do you have any educational entitlements associated with your Fusion 360 entitlement.

Let me know if there's anything else I can do for you.

Best Regards,

I have a Fusion360 Subscription and I am using the same account for both, Fusion is working but Ealge still says "Free Licence" while my Fusion licence is working.

Today I tried to uninstall all versions of Eagle from my PC and removed all data of Eagle including the User Folder:

C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Eagle

Then I loaded the newest version from
https://www.autodesk.de/products/eagle/free-download

After installation and login it's still the free version, is there another place where I get the not-free-version of the software?

Hi @langeckerPUN3Q ,

I hope you're doing well. Could you confirm what entitlement of Fusion 360 you have? If you have a professional entitlement of Fusion 360 then you should have premium EAGLE.

Let me know if there's anything else I can do for you.

Where can I find that information?
When I click on Help/About it says:

Active Plan: Fusion 360, Subscription

If you go to autodesk.com, log in and go to Product and Services under your account, you will see what kind of subscriptions you have and should be able to download EAGLE.

I don't know if it is because you have an Inventor subscription. Maybe EAGLE isn't included with Inventor?

This is how it looks for me.

Hi @langeckerPUN3Q ,

I hope you're doing well. If you have a normal Fusion 360 sub which it looks like you do, then you should have access to EAGLE. By any chance are you using a trial version of Fusion 360? EAGLE doesn't come with the trial.

Inventor shouldn't have any bearing on this but I'll make a note of it.

Let me know if there's anything else I can do for you.
