Distance between PTH / NPTH and trace?

Hey guys.

So I just designed an extensive PCB, but am told to keep a distance of 0.350mm between my PTHs and traces.
However, this setting does not appear to be an option in Eagle... 😞

The closest option I can find is "wire to via", but this does not consider the outer hole diameter, but rather the distance to the outer pad edge (as far as I can see).

Can someone help with suggestions regarding this?

The setting for NPTH holes is "wire to dimension". It doesn't apply to PTH holes because a lot of board houses used to have larger minimum clearance for board edge / mounting holes than for PTH ones. I'm surprised they're quoting a minimum wire to hole for PTH, because the whole point of a PTH is that you can bring copper right up and round it. The only sensible restriction is the copper-to-copper for a different net, which is the one you found.
