Wipeout stretch not acting right

I read some older posting from the early 2010s that appeared to have a similar issue with Wipeouts not stretching due to some weirdness caused by a Sketchbook for AutoCAD being installed.  I don't see that on my machine but I'm having issues with Wipeouts not stretching.

FRAME and WIPEOUTFRAME each set to 2.

You can see it kind of wants to scale the Wipeouts by messing with any of the 4 Stretch Grips.

Anyone else have an issue like this?

Best to use a solid white hatch. not the "white" one, but using the number input on second tabset all RGB to 255. Sometime glitches out so helps if set one or all RGB to 254 if notice issues.

Your selections are too long. You need to move the grip so it's less than half of the wipeout. See the two ringed grips in the images below

@wr.marshall Thanks for the tip on the 255/255/254, I had not heard that before.

@h_s_walker Thank you.  I thought it was only mattered whether the stretch object was partially- or fully-covered by the frame.
