Variable Grip Position

Hi, I have a parameter named 'Overall Length' with a grip that is offset from the end of this parameter.

I am wondering if it is possible to have other actions move this grip so that the distance that it is offset from its parameter can vary..? Ie. As I move the 'Offset - Kerb Face' grip I want the 'Overall Length' grip to reduce to always be the same as the 'Offset-Kerb Face' dimension.

The grip point always remains exactly relative to its associated parameter point.  There is not way to move a grip without altering the associate parameter point.
