User Parameter Units

Hello! I am having an issue where all of my user parameter values are showing up as decimal feet. The expression shows up as FEET and INCHES but the Value (and the value the user will input) is always Decimal Feet.

I need it to be Feet and Inches.

And what are the units of your actual drawing? At the command line type UNITS

I have tested setting the CAD file to "Inches", "Feet", and "Unitless". As a matter of fact...it really doesnt matter what the units of the CAD file are set to. The Block always displays as INCHES in the BLOCK UNIT.

I figured it out. The "TYPE" was set to Real. Changing it to "Distance" allows the input of Feet and Inches. The "TYPE" Column in the parameters manager is not turned on by default so I completely missed the option to change the value type.
