Updated Default Attribute Will Not Sync

I have added an additional line of text to the default "NOTE" attribute contained in this block (shows as "DISCLAIMER" in Block Editor).  However, I can't get the new line to show up.  I've tried ATTSYNC and BATTMAN to no avail.

Delete your block and then insert it (don't do an undelete) and your text will appear. FYI you made a little spelling mistake "my"
