trying to recreate this dynamic block

hi, i am relatively new to autocad, but i am trying to recreate this dynamic plug block. was wondering if anyone could be of assistance.

I'd approach it this way:

Draw all the objects (circle, two horizontal lines and three vertical lines)

Add the Rotation parameter and action, select all the objects for the selection group.

Add the 3 visibility states. (allow everything to be visible, for now)

Then go thru each visibility state, select the objects you don't want for that state and choose Hide for Current State in the right click menu.

Building it in this order should accomplish all the objects being included in the rotation action, only the correct objects visible in each state, and the rotation and visibility state selection being in all states.
