Tower Scaling by Face Width, Possibly?

Hey Everybody,

I desperately want this block, but I'm just not sure if it's possible because I can NOT fathom a way to make it work. So I am reaching out to the community to see if it's possible. Here's the insight:

I have a block of a Tower (top-down view, see attached dwg) and in its Current (left) state everything scales / stretches exactly as I want it to, but it's absolutely Worthless to me unless I can have it function by inputting only the Face Width. The current block does not have any "Face Width" parameter defined because I cannot find a way to make it work, but I have included some notes in the dwg.

Any help or insight would be greatly appreciated.

You are an absolute mad genius. I kept getting circular references when I tried something like that, I thought the Chain Actions property had to be applied to ALL parameters in the chain. Thank you very much.
