Title Block Problem

So I have made a dynamic block for title page and I have it working for the most part.  In the block editor when I test it it works perfect, but when I save it and get out of the block editor it shows one of my attributes as being in the middle of the page when I do my lookup command to different size pages not sure why it is doing that.  Any suggestions or advice?

Any time you make changes to attributes within a block, new insertions will contain the attribute updates (without running ATTSYNC), but the changes will not be updated for previous block insertions in the file until you run the ATTSYNC command.  Type 'ATTSYNC' hit enter, select the block.

Thank you that worked got the block working.  If you could look we have some type of points or something showing up on the screen that I am trying to get rid of  within that small square on the bottom right.  you will see them when you go to different size borders show up in the middle just like the attributes were.  Cannot figure out how to get rid of those dots.   Also I have put in a second visibility state with a different type of border but having trouble with scaling just the print on the bottom.  Can you tell me if it is easier to scale attributes or text?  And how to do it? I would greatly appreciate it.

I don't see any dots in the bottom right square.

Either attributes or text can be scaled without issue.  Insert a linear parameter, associate a scale action, select the objects you want to scale.  When using the block, change the size of the parameter in order to adjust the scale of the objects.

I have been trying that and for some reason it is not working.  I attached the file to the last post i put its the secondary title block.  If you could take a look at it that'd be great.

Your scale is working as the following screencast shows.  There are a couple things that are skewing the text as it scales.  The objects will all scale from the parameter base point when the action base type is set to dependent.  What that means with mtext is that its justification point will be scaled away from the parameter base point as the parameter is made larger.  The text size will also scale.  The strange text scaling that is observed in the screencast is explained by the fact that you have the justification points set outside the titleblock perimeter and a bunch of spaces added to the text objects.
