Text Rotation Not Rotating on Axis

I am having an issue with the "TV" text not rotating on the same axis as everything else or within the circle it is in. My desire is to keep the TV text as an attribute and within the circle and oriented as shown. Everything else is working properly.

I've also tried adding a second rotation action and making it independent.

Fixed : I removed the MOVE action and replaced it with a STRETCH action. This resolved the issue. Any suggestion or comments are welcome.

You posted while I was waiting for the screencast to upload.  The issue was not because of the move vs. stretch actions.  The issue was caused by the fact that you included the move action in the rotation action's selection set.  In deleting the move and changing it to a stretch you also removed the action from the rotate action's selection set.  Removing the the move action from the rotate action's selection set accomplishes the same thing.

I gotcha, thank you. It's interesting that the action being selected causes this. I added the move action back and removed it from the selection. I think the MOVE action seem more logical and for me than the stretch action and keeping it consistent.

Thank you again.

Whenever you rotate a move or stretch action, the angle offset is changed by the degrees of rotation.  That is very useful in some cases, allowing the angle of a move/stretch action to match a rotation but it can also cause issues if those actions are rotated at times that they shouldn't be, as you see.
