Text block. is this possible?

Would it be possible to make a dynamic block for all the text I use in a drawing that I could put on my pallet.  In the block I would be able to select what the text was for. Let's say "room names" as an example. After I select room names the text would set to 1/8" and to the room names layer. Is this something that could be made. I just started messing around with dynamic blocks. I'm using ACA 17.

Nevermind. I spent 45 minutes messing around with it and got it to work pretty well. I didn't see a way to delete my post only edit it.
