Text always upright when rotating block

I have a compass that I made into a block. I added a grip so that the compass itself (excluding the "N") will rotate 360 degrees in 90 degrees increments. How can I make the "N" also rotate in 90 degrees increments but also always stay UPRIGHT? Please see the picture for reference. I have also attached the block.

Add a point parameter to the center point of the text (changing the justification helps).  Select the new point parameter, go to properties and change its Chain Actions property to YES. Then remove the text from the rotate action's selection set.  Then add the chained point/move to the rotate action's selection set.  See attached.
