Stretching issues in blocks

Hi everyone,
Just wondering if anyone knows how to fix a stretching issue in blocks. I have a fairly simple block where one component is a rectangle with hatching inside. I am able to get the rectangle to stretch but the hatch pattern just moves without stretching. What's am i doing wrong?

Most probably you have selected the 'centerpoint' of the hatch with your stretch selection. That way Stretch is converted to Move. Also make sure you hatch is associative.
Otherwise attach you block so we can see/try to fix it.

Thanks for your help guys. I managed you figure out out. The hatch was associative but I was picking the hatch by boundary. I instead hatched my object by using the Select Boundary Objects and that seemed to fix it.
