Stretch line based on the end of an attribute

I have been out of the game for quite a while, getting back into being a lazy drafter. Is there a way to stretch a line length based on the end of an attribute? Example is a view callout. attribute changes from plan view to elevation view. I want the line under the text to stretch automatically. Is this possible?

Nope.  Changes to attribute values cannot drive changes to other parameters within a dynamic block.

If you have specific text and specific lengths you would like displayed (such as your example of "PLAN VIEW" vs. "ELEVATION VIEW", then you could use a block properties table to write the value directly to the attribute and simultaneously change the line length.  That would still allow you to enter custom text into the attribute but doing so would not automatically adjust the line length.
