Strange Artifact Showing up

I am a design engineer for an Audio/Visual firm. We use this block to label the input/outputs of equipment. When you place the block in the drawing and select any of several I/O types specifically HDMI and zoom out, there is a small artifact that is 5/8" away from the block, if you flip the block the artifact is 13/16" + 5/8" away from the block. This doesn't cause the block any problems and it shows normally when printed, it's just annoying. The artifact doesn't show up when selecting other I/O types (i.e PHOENIX). I have opened the block in block editor, selected show all in Visibility States and selected the culprit states but I can't find anything.

You had two text items at that approximate location with no text in them. I've just deleted them.

See the attached drawing

You completely misunderstood my post.

I mistakenly posted a response to your thread that was meant for another thread (had a couple browser tabs open).  I realized immediately afterward and deleted the post and replaced it with "Posted to wrong thread..." so as to avoid confusion.  Apparently that backfired and caused confusion rather than preventing it.  All clear?
