Some objects are affected when turning off a layer

Please help! Some objects are affected if I'm turning off "B-Frame" layer. Those objects are only affected when inside a dynamic block.

I don't know what help you are looking for.  If you turn off the B-Frame layer the objects on that layer turn off.  Seems normal to me.

Below drawing is the dynamic block with visibility action, rotation, flip, etc. Top drawing is one of the drawing for visibility option. These should be same drawing. As you can see,  when I turned off “B-Frame” layer, red lines, manholes, and other objects are also turned off even those are not B-Frame layer. Please advise what is wrong.

Looks like a new bug to me.  Which version are you using?  I updated a couple months ago from 2018 to 2020 and noticed that there is new 0 layer bug behavior for some blocks.  The bug I noticed was not this one, but it seems related.
