Simple Little Help Please!
I have created one block for you. as per my understanding.
Use block properties grip as shown in below image
Use Properties table to add more variety of flip stages.
Try the attached example.

Hmm, I thought you want to rotate the arrow ("a block, that when the arrow rotates, to avoid the text going upside down"). Sorry for my misunderstanding.
