Simple dynamic section symbol that I can't get to work

Hi am trying to understand how I can make my simple section symbol rotate the hole thing while still being able to only stretch the line. The text should also rotate with the rest. Not sure what I do wrong here

you have some errors in your block, i hope this help you:

you need to move the block in the point to begin the parameter polar dimension.

this is the area to select strech element.

moved the dimension that defines the size of the section to the origin of the block

and finally i delete the constraint do you have in this point
