Section marks that directly go into the section location

Hey, 

I need to know whether is there any option that allows to create a dynamic block that is placed in the plan, on clicking it directly takes us to the section location. Could you guys help me out with this ?

You can't do it in AutoCAD. But there are third party PDF programs where you can do what you're saying.
