Rotation around a point with XY offset

Hi, I've previously asked for help on this forum and was applying that help again when I found a new issue I was wondering if there was a solution for this. Essentially, it is this - link to Libbya's solution - except with a different Y pos needed at 90 degrees compared to 270 degrees. I hope it's evident with the block attached. I've left in the "construction" - it's just the icon and the arrow currently included in the rotation action that is needed. It would ideally be that the icon's shoulders line up with the outer ring when at 90 degrees.

Thank you in advance

The simplest solution is to center the icon in the 'east' and 'west' locations so that it is where you want it in the 'north' and 'south' positions.

I have played around with the positions and variables but I don't understand what you mean or what I need to change.

The following screencast shows what I was saying.  I adjust the east/west position, so that they are centered between the north/south.  See screencast.

I don't really understand how you determined where the midpoint of that LINE you drew should have been.

You say in your initial post that at 90° the icon would ideal have the shoulders align with the outer ring.  You have the icon at 270° located with its crotch at the outer ring.  I placed that line at the midpoint between the shoulders and crotch.  That midpoint is the point I center the icon when at 0°.  I then create the correct offset so the figure offsets the same amount each direction and aligns with the icon a 90° and 270°.
